Shipping Policy

  • No hidden delivery charges on winsant.com so you can freely buy any product. If there is any shipping charge on the product, than all details will be on product listing page
  • Right now winsant.com does not provide international order. If you need any product, please contact us for international shipping, charges will be as per services selected by you.
  • Before ordering any item you can check on product page if delivery is available in your pin code or not. Also you can check whether cash on delivery is available or not for your area.
  • Sellers generally process and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays.
  • We always try our best to provide superlative shopping experience to our customers. After order if you want to change the address than we request you to please contact us, if possible we will arrange to deliver the product to the new address.
  • In a normal delivery it may take 7-10 business day, in some cases it may take more time because of  holidays or conditions that are out of our control.
  • If you want to order an out of stock or upcoming product, then you  are requested to inform us via email on info@winsant.com, we will notify you once that product is available with seller.
  • If you are returning any product for any reason we will try an arrange a return pick-up service. After returning your packages please take courier slips with courier person for future references.
  • During holiday or festive season we may publish some discount coupons that are valid for limited periods. In case you use your coupons in that time period and you didn’t get that discount please contact us on info@winsant.com
  • If you want replacement, we will ship your new order only after we receive our old product in perfectly alright condition.
  • In some cases we may cancel your order for a particular reason, may be the seller do not have that product or we can’t provide delivery in your location or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  • It is possible that the seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you’re placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and sellers do not work on Sunday and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
