But what if the product is already dispatched?

If it is a Cash on delivery order , you can decline to receive it at the time of delivery.
If it is a prepaid order, you can can send it back and claim your refund as per the refunds and returns policy.

Open your Winsant account and go for order history select “Return Order” and select return reason give reason specification “SEND” it, and soon your return request is generated.
For Refund or replacement the product should be in proper condition. Your refund will be initiated after your product has reached the seller in proper condition. Product will be replaced only if there is a replacement available with the seller. If replacement is not available, we will refund your money. Please note that refund or replacement will not be available if the product has been used, damaged or not in the same condition as sent by us. In that case the buyer will have to pay for the delivery of the product from the seller's warehouse / office to their address.
Different products have different delivery times, which are mentioned on the product page. You can track your order from your winsant account login. In the rare case that you do not receive your order within stipulated time period you can contact us via contact details mentioned on the “contact-us“ page. If you want to send as a gift to someone, you can make a pre-paid payment and get the product delivered at their address.
If if you want to place an order for someone else and want the receiving person to pay for the order, select cash on delivery and add their address, so they can pay when they receive the product.

In both cases, Before placing an order, it is a good idea to check whether Delivery and COD payment mode is available at your desired pincode.

Our's is a marketplace model, on which one product may be sold by many sellers. Delivery time period depends and varies on sellers and buyers location. Delivery time for the same product may vary from seller to seller
Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment may be on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time. If the tracking number is still not updated, please get in touch with us.
You may request for change of address if the order has not been handed over to our courier partner. You can track the status of your order from Winsant 'My Account' section or from winsant.com/track order.
If the order has not reached the shipment stage, you can change your shipping address from 'My Account' section or contact us at Winsant.com/support. If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Winsant Address Book for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your Winsant Account, kindly visit the 'Address Book' page and click on 'Edit'. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on 'Save'.
Buyers from outside India can not place an order directly on the website.

International buyers are requested to get in contact with us for order placement. They will have to make an advance payment of the product Plus the International shipping charges. Any custom duty or other charges will have to paid by the buyer. Refund / Replacement or exchange will not be available on International orders.
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
a. When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/Winsant before delivery. (Please read our Cancellation Policy)
b. If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
c. If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
d. In case you want to replace the product, as per our Replacement policy.
Refund depends upon the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
a. Net banking: 4 - 5 Business days, 
b. Debit card: 8 - 10 Business days 
c. Credit card: 10 - 15 Business days

In some cases it can take lesser / more days for the refund. In case of any clarification at any step, kindly feel free to contact the customer support team.

Refunds can get declined in cases including but not limited to
(a) Wrong product received from the buyer.
(b) Product damaged by the buyer.
(c) Buyer has sent back a used product.
(4) Original packing label and tags are not returned by the buyer.
(5) Buyer has not sent back all the items send by us like freebie, accessories etc.
(6) Product received after the refund period.

If you want a smoother refund process, please make sure to return the product at the earliest and in the best condition as it was sent to you.
